Low-Carb Parfait


This lighter version of a parfait has been in heavy rotation in our household for the past few months. It is high in protein (19 grams to be exact!) and low in carbs thanks to the grain-free granola mix we use with it. The fresh berries and coconut shavings in the granola mix add the perfect amount of sweetness. Enjoy!


  • 1 5.3 oz container plain non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (whichever kind you like best!)
  • 1/4 cup Wildway Grain-Free Granola Coconut Cashew
